Open the Subcontractors page from the dashboard. Wait for the subcontractor directory to load. Open a subcontractor to start a new Request for Proposal. Wait for the subcontractor detail page to render. Navigate to the RFPs section to review sent requests. Wait for the RFPs view to load.
